Refund & Dispute Policy

This policy applies to all paid products and services purchased through OrangeAI Studio, including image generation credits and any future subscription plans.

2. When You Can Get a Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

The service was unavailable or failed to deliver results repeatedly due to an error on our side;
You were charged an incorrect amount;
You purchased by mistake and did not use the service.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

You used the purchased credits or service and are simply unsatisfied with the AI-generated results (AI output quality is subjective and varies);
More than 14 days have passed since the purchase;
The request violates our Terms of Service (e.g., misuse of the service).

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@orangeai.club with the following information:

Your name and the email address used for the purchase;
Order or transaction reference number;
Date and amount of the purchase;
A short explanation of the issue.

We review all refund requests within 3–5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. If you do file a dispute:

We will cooperate fully with your card issuer's investigation;
We may provide transaction records and our delivery logs as evidence;
If a chargeback is filed after a refund was already issued, we may dispute it accordingly.

6. Refund Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date and apply to purchases made after the change.
